What is a personal trainer?

A personal trainer is a dedicated fitness professional who will work with you one-on-one to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Personal trainers are educators, leaders, and motivators who will help you to make lifestyle changes through exercise and diet.

 

Who is personal training for?

New exercisers: Regardless of age or physical condition a trainer will teach you how to exercise correctly and safely through guidance and education.

Plateau exerciser: If you are bored with your current program and/or results have plateaued, a trainer will help with a fresh program to take you to a higher level of fitness.

Goal specific: Whether training for recreational purposes or for a 10K race, your trainer will provide you with a plan designed specifically for your needs.
